As the title says I am looking to outfit my new work van with a 2500w power inverter along with a battery isolator. I already have a deep cycle battery to be used for the inverter. Thanks in advance.

For the invertor the best option is a Pure Sine wave. MUCH nicer for clean power and using computers/electronics.

That site has plenty to choose from. Pure Sine isn't required if you are using shop tools.

What kind of tools/equipment/items are you looking to plug in?

I'm an electrician, so most often would be battery chargers. then power tools, corded hammer drills, auger drills, electric bender, pipe threader etc. I would need a full 20 amps continuous to make it worth it.

EDIT: Let us know what you go with, I've used Samlex a few times but not many other brands and it's on my list as well.
