help! 7.3 died and won't start!

So, truck broke down 3 weeks ago, it started sputtering and then died. Changed IPR plug and it fixed it. A couple nights ago it did the same thing, changed the plug, CPS, IPR valve and it still won't start. Any ideas?

check oil, change cam censor in that order

We checked oil and then changed the cps and no luck

What's the icp while cranking? Will it pass a buzz test? Any smoke while trying to start it?

Haven't tried the buzz test. Its blowing white smoke while cranking.

Check on ICP with a scanner it needs at least 500 psi to start and idle.

The last time we checked it it read default. It did the same thing then as its doing now. It was just a plug the first time so do you think it could be a harness or something?

Checked fuses yet?

Is the WTS (Wait to start) light coming on/off like normal? Voltage when cranking? Also try starting with the ICP sensor unplugged, and check it for oil in the electrical.

Checked fuses. WTS light coming on like normal. Charged both batteries. It tried starting a little better with ICP unplugged but still wouldn't start. That's why we're wondering if its a harness.
