EGT's are higher then i think they should be

Howdy all a have had my truck for a hile now and pulled my chip to send it out to PHP i have stage ones 6 liter intercooler, D66, strait pipe, stock fuel system, 6637 intake, crew cab auto with 3.55 gears now with runnin no chip how is my EGT's runnin 700-750 cruising 60-65 with poor mileage???? i am cunfused filters are good and eerything is up to date and info would be great thanks

700-750 cruising with un-tuned mods sounds about right. Idont think you have anything to worry about.

..... I run 1000 at those speeds but I don't have my ic hooked up at the moment

i would just think it would be less, ill see gettin my chip sent out to PHP here this week and hopfully its better

really?? even at like 80 its under 800

..... small stage 2s with no ic and stock turbo lol I can't pull anything heavy lol

Well thats without an intercooler... which sounds about right too. Keep in mind that your truck is tuned for the mods (I am assuming) so the tuner probably pulled fuel out at that throttle %, for better economy.

true and found out it was tuned for the wrong computer(my fualt) just hope it all gets better

Lol I think youll be good to go. Either way under 800 on the interstate isnt bad.

its just when i hook up to the flatbed with our pulling tractor, o r load of straw the temps get up there like 1200 cruising

Ah, maybe talk to your tuner and say you need a heavy tow tune

yea i am goin to call um tomorrow cause i got tony's tunes now and he is slowing down and headin over to PHP just cause easier to get ahold of and reburns will be quicker and such
