Coolant leak? Can't find it.

I had the same issue on my 11, periodically leaked on 0 to 15° day's. Then springs rolls around and i found the end cap cracked.

Well you know that Ford has those awesome plastic tanks that always seem to leak, i just replaced mine at 58,000 with a sweet unit from Mishimoto

If you dl3ted ERG w/ H&S look up there where the rubber cap is. Lay on the ground, passenger side radiator end cap, about a foot up from the frame.
These caps are prone to cracking.

I know I was all ready to replace the radiator when I finally figured it out. $2 part at autozone was a lot easier.

Worth a look anyway.

Mine started leaking at the same spot about a week ago. Its at the dealership right now getting a new radiator installed. From what I've read its a fairly common issue.

Still don't understand how inconsistent the leak is. When it's parked outside at work it will leak. In the garage it won't. I don't get it. I'm going to go through everything tomorrow.
