so the general conciseness is I'm Boned. I hear ATS is gone, but HYPERMAX Engineering Might be able to help. Has anyone had luck with them?

Thanks for backing me up with the turbo IDI VS the PSD in that year, Many people dont know about the 94.5 being so goofy and why its Important to Specify the 94.5

94.5 was a stroke not idi. 94 is idi turbo or NA. Nothing about the 2 will interchange with out major mods.

According to ford Its a 94.5 IDI. No joke. And That's what sucks, Its IMPOSSIBLE to find these parts. I guess its just going to have be taken out and repaired...or fabbed.

How big of a hole? Is it cracked, split apart?

I would take it off, and take it to someone who knows how to weld cast iron. Thats really your only option besides keeping an eye out for a used kit.

Mine leaks at that joint too ill see if I can locate one or I may change my up pipes to run a different turbo. I had luck getting parts from ats before but it seems they're gone? It was 4 years ago that I put the same motor mid 94 idi turbo into my bronco. I have my engine on the ground so ill snap a few pics for you tomorrow.
