The say the egr ****** kit sinister makes the turbo spool up much faster. How bad will this be if I don't have head studs yet? Will it just help me blow my head gaskets quicker?

You will not notice a difference on spool up, just by putting a egr ****** on. No you will not blow your head gaskets quicker by having an egr ******...

Deeeleting the egr, does nothing but increase the longevity of your engine by not recirculating the hot gas back into your engine. Or at least that's how it was explained to me.
