Got an 03 F250 6.0, just bought the truck. Truck has low power and smoke blue when accelerated. Ran scanner on it, no codes, injectors all seem to be fine, egr funtions, vgt function, ficm voltage is at 48.5volts. Checked fuel filter and it is clean. Cannot get truck to rev over 2000rpm no matter what. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?

Did you check both fuel filters? Did you pull the EGR valve and clean it?

Remove the down pipe and see if the turbo is leaking oil, causing the smoke. Rev issue could be something else.

I have removed turbo and cleaned up vgt vanes. Turbo was clean and dry inside.

Spec is minimum 45psi.

Have you checked turbo shaft play? Both in and out, and up and down? Blue smoke is burning oil, most likely spot is from the turbo. Would also explain your low power.

Is the truck missing at all? That could cause your no rev up, and no power as well.
