My brother has a set of 205s from rcd with a 64mm charger airdog and some other goodies and gets about 14mpg no matter what. I believe tuning is where your gonna get better mileage so with whatever setup you go with you should have some tuning built for mileage. My daily driver which is a 07 crew cab on the 35s with 3.73 gets about 16 on the highway and 10-11 pulling a trailer. I bealieve i could coax some more mileage out of it but my foot seam to be a stop to that.

I'm running 225s and a 66, I don't know what kinda mileage I get right now because I have to fill up at a 1/4 tank  Streetability is ok but not great, the tune I'm running daily has so much fuel pulled out of the bottom end it's hard to light that sucker.

You can still calculate milage when filling at 1/4 tank...it doesn't hafta be empty to do it. Heck you can calculate fuel milage filling up at 1/2 or 3/4 tank if you wanted....doesn't really matter.

I wouldn't think it would be nearly as accurate as it would be running it down until the fuel light came on. I've got a bad 1/4 tank issue so I try to avoid it until I have time to install my sump.
