REALLY NEED SUM INPUT HERE GUYS!!!!!

2005 6.0 PSD all stock except egr delete. No start condition. Have AE,commanded ipr closed 100% and did leak test,i can hear bubbling at back of motor,it does have the stc updated fitting.... I now have the pump in my hand and pulled ipr out. The ipr screen is crumpled up. It DID NOT come out with ipr. I had to pull it out. Also,AE is only reading 282 psi at icp. 500 psi being the magic num. Any input,finger in a direction im missing maybe. Ohh,i do have base oil psi. Black button inside of oil bowl depressed and turnnin mottor over confirms this

O-Ring on the stand tubes, Injector O-Ring on top of the spool valve, Front seal of the pump. Just a few places to check.

O ring on stand pipes or dummy plugs ford has upgraded parts for both

He stated only heard air leak at pump area? Do you leak test it with every thing installed and valve covers and pump cover uninstalled?. Was metal debri present on ipr screen?
