Default 2011 F350 H n S EGT issue

Guy at work recently delet his truck. Full 5Ē, EGR delet, and H n S. He hasnít changed the tune from TOW but was told at the shop that he might have issues swapping tunes because he has an EGT reading 2700* on the mini max.

Does anyone know about this and what can be done?

Try getting a new egt sensor, because I had the problem on my 12’ 6.7 with spar+an tuning on it, I switched out the sensor and it read fine.

H&S won't read a factory egt sensor. You need an aftermarket one.

My mini maxx had two different souces programmed to read egts. Maybe its reading from the wrong source. But like previously mentioned its probably a bad sensor.
