popping when turning

Hey guys I have an 06 F350 cclb that when turning at a slow speed there is a pop that I can feel more than I can hear and when I give it throttle it starts vibrating until about 10mph. It only does this when turning and it doesn't have to be a very hard turn at all. It does not do this at all when going straight. Any ideas would be great.

Is it 4wd?

Yes hubs are unlocked and axles spin freely

That's what I was about to say LOL or one of the u joints is going bad

The axles are not spinning with the hubs unlocked though

Yes, but when you turn, those unjoints move. I’ll guarantee if you look at them closely one, or both, will have rust tracks around the caps.
Jack the front end off the ground, turn the wheels, then spin the wheels (by hand) while the wheels are turned. I’ll about promise that you’ll find the problem.
