Fluctuating idle?

Ever since I was sitting at a stop light about 2 weeks ago I noticed the truck has like a fluctuating idle it'll go down to 500 and back up to normal just sitting in the drive way warming up. It use to do it at stop lights but now it's only doing it when it's warming up in the driveway

Could be numerous things.

How many miles on this oil change?

My first thoughts are either ICP sensor or IPR issue.

Have you tried to pull codes and see if there is something stored?

I would go with icp sensor problems.
