OBS Door Buttons Sticking In

Guys,

I have a friend whose door handles have been staying pushed in on both front doors, is this a common issue? I feel like its probably a lack of lube scenario.

What have you found that works?

pull the panel off and lube it up,
my back one I think is needing replacement, the outdoor handle button wiggles around a lot and is not tight like the others, but I haven't been into it yet to see.

I know when I bought mine like 10 years ago, I lubed all the window tracks, levers etc and it made a HUGE difference.
