they actually offer the b code springs in 2 different part numbers, the number you have listed is the b codes with no overload springs and the 3c3z-5560-ca is b codes with over loads which are a tad cheaper.

What's the difference between them? I have airbags on my truck as helper springs. Was just wondering if the spring rate or the arch of the springs were different?

both are a b code spring with same weight ratings on the main leafs, only difference is the set with the over load is designed to work with the brackets on the frame to support the overload spring when weight added.
