Yes, that's correct

Awesome, thank you very much.

Now does anyone know if barbs are legal to run for fuel lines? A friend was telling me he didn't think that was DOT legal, I understand this can be different state to state but figured I would ask as it is on topic.

I am having a hard time figuring a simple setup of fittings to go from the straight cut from the filter bases to a hose end of some sort, barb or otherwise

What is a -10 AN Hose size?

-10 An hose size would be a 5/8 hose.
Its very easy to get the fittings. Youll just need a -10 ORB to -10 male JIC then you will just use parker 801-10 pushlok series hose and use their fittings to go with the hose.
These are the fittings you would use on the hose then they would just thread onto your filter bases once you install the -10 jic into the base, make sense?

Awesome, ill check that out as there is a parker dealer about 5 mins from my house and i live in the freaking boonies! HA

Thanks so much for your help.

If you go in there and tell them what your trying to do they can usually help you figure fittings out.. At least my Parker shop is decent as long as you get the right salesman the one lady is a capital b..

To figure other sizes all you need to know is dash size is how many 1/16ths the hose is. For example
-10 = 10/16=5/8"
-12=12/16=3/4"
-16=16/16=1"

Ya, I would draw out what you want and I'm sure Parker will be able to help you out, the one I deal through is very helpful.

I stopped in there today and talked to him but he was a little frazzled trying to get out of there at the end of the day. I am still trying to figure out some more parts of the fuel system and where i have to run hoses to and such and then I will definitely draw it out and figure out how many of everything I will need.

To figure other sizes all you need to know is dash size is how many 1/16ths the hose is. For example -10 = 10/16=5/8"
-12=12/16=3/4"

Thats awesome, thanks, kind of silly to me that it is so simple

Got a part number for that?

Here is a link to what i believe is the Parker Equivalent
