ESOF vacuum actuator

Anyone know if there is a way to check it? I have power and vacuum to it but it wont engage the hubs. Pulled vacuum on the hubs and they're good.
Part #9L14-9H465-BA can't find an oem online.

Purchased one off Ebay for $9. Supposedly made in USA. Fixed the issue.

I have had one fail too, not uncommon. Easy to replace. You can unplug it and
get 2x4 low if needed.
