I think they are also called gooseneck mirrors? I'm wondering if anyone can post some pictures of them on a Swb, I know diesel_Brad had some when his truck was a dually.

I know the round spot mirrors are funny looking, but I love being able to see everything, they are awesome when towing and backing up our travel trailer

I have driven a few old (dentside) fords with them on them and you really do see everything. I was just curious about how they look. Thanks for the pic your truck looks good with them on it

One side is perfect but the other side just needed to be exended out 1" (forgot which side). But then again, with the mirror extended 1" when flipped out, it wouldn't be able to be flipped in. As you're looking out the mirror, I wanted the inside edge of the mirror even with the side of the trailer. It could also be the width of my trailer or how I sit in the seat.

But otherwise, yes - you can see around the trailer; just me being picky.

When I tow my open car trailer, I don't even need to flip out the mirrors. I see way better than the power mirrors I had.

If you decide to convert to the gooseneck mirrors, you're going to have to drill 4 holes in the doors. The gooseneck mounting holes do not line up with the tri-pod mirrors. If you have power mirrors, the top two holes line up.

No. Ford never offered a 4wd Dually Pickup. Any you would have seen were converted.

Ford did offer 4wd dually cab-n-chassis though. But their wheel base is different along with their rear axle width so putting a pickup bed on was a chore
