ok so i was just pulling onto the street and i hear this loud squeal had no brakes and no steering so i shut the truck off and after i got my friend to start the truck i noticed the crank spins but the belt doesn't move I'm thinking the fan clutch is seized there is a code for it also.

check ALL the pulleys ac compressors alternators belt tensioners ect... all very common items
You had an idler or tensioner pulley fail. Been there, done that... around 65k I think, I will check my records if you care. Now I replace this stuff every 50k, belts included.
Buy two Ford tensioners, aftermarket are all full of Chinese crap bearings. Same goes for the idlers. I picked this up from Sunrise Ford?, one of the sponsors here.
I run the Gates 'green' belts, but Ford work well too.

And word to the wise the tensioner's are different rotation forward to rear one so don't mix them up, the forward one takes the most abuse and starts coming apart, also if you can put the idler wheel on a tensioner if you need to as they are the same.
