Diesels & More 04 build

I figured I would start a post of the truck build. Still have a lot to go before it's done. Got the short block assembled today.

R&R Connecting rods
.030 over pistons delipped .080 valve reliefs and coated
Elite stage 2 billet cam

Hopefully I'll get a little more time to keep working on it. Waiting for some parts from powder coating as well.

No its the old block. It was bored .030 over and I had it painted.

It was a crazy busy week at the shop. Didn't get a whole lot done on the truck, also still waiting on powder coat (hopefully next week).

I was able to get the heads all o-ringed. I'll probably try to get the heads assembled next week.

Out of curiosity what O ring tool are you using? I have looked at a couple.

It is a BHJ. It's actually very easy to use. They where very easy to deal with awesome customer service as well.

Well I managed to get both the heads done this week.

Elite stage 2 valve sprints, keepers, and retainers.

I'm still waiting on powder coat to finish assembling the engine. :morons:
I ordered all my trans parts, it's getting close. I'm hoping to make it to the NHRDA event in Arizona on April 30
