Biggest injector it would need to max it out, Ghead tunes. So a better question, what is the air system possible of supplying.

The KC stage 3 taps out around 650-700hp on fuel only. You need at least 205/75 to do that. I just laid down about 690hp with 250/100 hybrids, but I have a lot of fuel left over. One of my favorite setups was 205/30 and KC stage 3. I was making about 630hp, still towed well if I kept the rpms up. 190/100 conventionals would be around 600-625hp... but there is really no need for a 100% nozzle on a 190cc injector body. Go with 190/75 or 190/30 if you are going to stay that small. |

How often do you tow? How heavy do you tow? Will you be towing at higher elevations? Will you be towing steep grades? These are the questions you have to ask yourself. If you answer yes to most of these question along with towing heavy then more then likely you will need to stay around 175/30-205/30 or your will be misreable. These are the questions Charlie asked me when I first started my set up and like you I came to Charlie wanting 600-650hp but didn't want to give up my ability to tow whatever I desired so I could get to the next job, and get helped me pick out the setup I have now and I couldn't be more happy with it. I might step up to the kc Stage 3 but stay at my 190/30 injectors so I can still tow.

Hopefully Charlie will chime in especially if I'm wrong but I think he tows a good amount of weight with the 205/30 and stage 3 at elevation with some steep grades but keeps OD locked out through, and still makes north of 600. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
