The numbers you see like 62/65/.70 are as follows;

62= compressor wheel size
65= turbine wheel size
.70 is the AR of the turbine housing

Can someone help me understand how different sized turbine wheels, turbine housings, and compressor covers affect spool and overall flow? I've always felt a little behind when it comes to that.

Only being 100% picky the smaller does not help spool the bigger one. The exhaust that goes through the smaller one pushes past and turns the bigger one. Then feed the smaller one more air than what it could get naturaly. Hope that helps.
