Those codes were circa 2015 maybe. Probably at least 25k ago. I am aware of the crankshaft pos sensor codes. The pictures above the show where the ipr screen was off, and the tiny piece of plastic that broke off the screen. It was my issue.

It is most likely the harness but I have seen several valves go open internally. Like they already said the % you are seeing is just what the pcm is telling the valve to do, doesn't mean the valve is actually doing what it's told.

Icp/IPR harness

He let a "mechanic" do the EGR ****** and changed the ICP close to 10yrs ago. Those wires are stripped, not worn through. All I can figure is he was testing the sensors... only reason I can see for stripping wires like that. He just bundled them up and threw some tape on it. Going to change the IPR and harness and fix that wiring. Changing the ICP too... leaking oil out the guts bad.

Forgot to add this one too.

Drove it a little yesterday and it's running fine so far. Fires up quicker than before. Time will tell if that was the fix but I think it was. Needs to order a turbo seal kit....pushing a little oil out the exhaust side. Another project for another day.
