Oh I know. Not in the bank account yet, when I go that route I'm going full potato and building everything at once. Better safe than sorry

Any updates on guys running this kit with the turbo or other turbo's? Any at elevation as I am at 5400ft? How is drivability with all stock tranny and fuel?

Other than the turbo I can't imagine it being that much different that Morgans or MPD's kit. I've been doing a lot of driving and will continue to do so from Denver up to N.D. and Denver to O.K. and O.H. so was wanting lower EBP and better milage with close to the same drivability. Also something more simple. I'm 4.10's on 35's

We have done testing around 4400-4600 ft. with our turbo system. Still performs very well at altitude. I think you would love this set up especially with the gearing combination you have in your truck. If you need anything, shoot us a pm with your phone number. We'd be happy to give you a call and answer any question's you may have.

Did you guys notice much of a mileage difference? How much higher were egt's from factory turbos? What about boost to BP ratio?

Never have done mileage testing. The egt's are lower then the factory set up, and boost is one to one with drive pressure except at wot. The back pressure is not even a ton higher then boost at that.....

Whats the most miles you have on one of these turbo's? Anyone running it in a compound setup yet? Also is it duel BB, 360 degree thrust?

The 6.4 here has 54,000 miles on it with our turbo kit, same turbo since day one. Yes there are compound kits out there with these turbo's, not on a 6.4 yet.....and a triple turbo system being built right now with them. They are thrust bearing turbo's not BB. A little pic of compound porn for ya on the dragster....:) Let us know if you have any more question's, Thanks.

I had a set of trips built a few years ago with chargers very similar to these, not on a Ford but you get the idea.

do you guys have a before and after video of some dyno runs for the 6.4 like you did the 6.7? I want the sound and spool up of your turbo but want to add a little bit of power but dont want to run out of air because of a small single.

We never did a video like the 6.7 for the 6.4, but dyno back to back would always net a good 40-60 hp at the rear tires over the stock turbo's. The thing that was also really inviting to me beside the power gain was the loss of egt and back pressure over the stock set up as well. I don't think you'll be out of air with this turbo, it cleans up the 6.4 here really well. Yes the sound is also bitchen:)

I only wish the single kit was out when I had my 6.4. Now, how do I talk Zane into trading his for an 05 Dodge or 99 Chevy Metro?

On a serious note. The single kit is really amazing. It makes excellent power and maintains drive-ability which is often lost with aftermarket turbos. Put a single kit on and one of our wastegates and you can pretty much forget about head stud or gasket issues.

Saw this resurfaced, HAI GUYS!!! If you want, Zane, i could throw my truck on the dyno and do some filming. should have my new shiny converter soon so i can actually go past half throttle without bouncing off the limiter. for anyone that is curious this kit is the cats ass. its crazy. not natural how well it spools. i held 10 psi at light throttle at 1600 RPM not even close to 1K on my pyro at 6800 feet going through western montana a few weeks ago. its awesome.
