Thinking about switching my set up to non Vgt set I'm running 190/100 stage two cam. Warren tunes. Not a race truck just a fun street truck. I was thinking of getting a s363sxe. What turbine housing is recommended?anyone run this setup as a daily. I've heard it's pretty nice.

Make sure you get divided up pipes and housing, will help it spool quicker. I've never ran that turbo but I would go with a .91 t4

I daily 225/30 on a s366SX-E with .91 turbine. It runs very well and spools nice.

I wouldnt suggest going smaller than s364.5 SX-E with those injectors.

Not to derail or anything but I've always wondered how non vgt would do with towing I have 190/30 injectors

Like those guys said I would do a 364.5sxe or even a 366sxe, .91 divided housing , if you are interested in those turbos shoot a pm and will send some pricing over!

I'm no non vgt expert, but from everything I've read there's no reason that setup wouldn't work, just comes down to the correct size turbo. Probably wouldn't want to go any larger than a S364.5 if you plan on doing serious towing

I'm running 190/75s with a 64mm BASB turbo and it tows awesome! The most I've pulled with this setup is about 20k pounds.

Egts were around 1000 at around 65 mph, but I was on a Gear head street tune. I also have no limit cac pipes and a banks intercooler.

I run a box 366 with 250/100 Hybrids, daily drive it. Spools quick, normal driving has very little smoke, maybe a small puff on initial acceleration. Those Sxe chargers are badass from what I have heard, I'll be doing a 69sxe this spring probably. You'd have a good setup with your 190s and a 64.5. Like said above, definitely do divided pipes and a .91 housing.

Before I bought my S362 setup, Matt said he ran it with 225's in the truck and he said it cleaned those up surprisingly well.

The majority of people I've talked to with 366's said towing is basically not an option. Keep that in mind. Everyone's idea of spool up is different.

What is your overall power goal? Or just want as much power as you can make with 190's? A full fueling 190 is good for some serious power. I know a few guys happy with 175/50's and an S362 fwiw. You can see my power numbers on stock injectors in my sig.

With a 190, I'd probably do the 364.5 like suggested. Definitely stick with the divided up-pipes and the divided housing. A .91 would probably work. You can try a few different housing sizes too to really dial it in. Easy enough to change and wont break the bank.

Doesn't even compare of top end.. ^ I came from a stage 2 kc turbo to the 64.5 fmw.. spool up changed (the 64.5 spooled up exactly like the kc stage 3) .. but top end on a non vgt is very desirable, just keeps pulling where the vgt would fall flat somewhat. It's definitely a sweet little turbo that pulls hard.

I'd be interested in hearing people that have ran the 64.4sxe with 190/100s. Im currently running 190/100s with a box 366 and with a 16ft trailer and a car on it im hitting 1100 degrees. Looking at compounds or going with a different single.

Greg... I see you posting this all the time... but you always fail to mention that you added bigger injectors, new intercooler, no limit intake and a couple other things at the same time as the t4 kit. Its like comparing apples and oranges.

I would put our stage 3 up against a 64.5 any day of the week.
