Used pcm programming

p0603 kapwr fault
p0640 intake air heater
P0542 mani intake air temp hi
P1536 parking brake switch
P0565 cc on switch
P1876 transfer case 2wd solenoid short
B1575 parking lamp switch failure
B1884 pass airbag disable lamp failure
C1446 brake switch circuit failure

Had idm low output code but cleared it, and has not come back.

I bought another pcm but since it is a superduty i need it configured to show my vin to use/test with. I have forscan but do not see an option to be able to program/configure it (yes i know i need the license to do this, the option is not on my version to mess with the pcm)

I live in southern Maine, and recommendations on a shop that can do it?

Too bad you didnt post this yesterday. Could have helped you with my IDS and was in Maine. Any Ford dealer will be able to handle it
