I have a 97 F350 that I have to do several long cranks to get it to start, at least 6 to 7 seconds of cranking. The tach jumps and the HPOP is full of oil all the way to the top. When it fires up it runs rough but smooths out as it warms up. When I shut it off, it will fire right back up. But if it sits for longer than 2-3 minutes its another round of long cranks. What do yall think the problem might be?

Need to get a scan tool on there. ICP is a good thing to watch. If you are not building 500psi of ICP when cranking, the injectors will not fire. With injector o-ring issues you will normally see 150-350psi, then once engine oil cools down a bit it can hit the 500psi needed to start.
