Dead cluster

I put new seats in my truck. I ended up bolting through the wires that run under the carpet. It ended up shorting out a bunch of stuff and blew some fuses. Well I fixed the wires and put new fuses in where the blower ones were. I still have no cluster, and no windows. I have no power going to fuse #45. All my fuses are good. All relays are good. NEED SOME HELP!

good guess as its in the 6.0 section also
