Oil cooler rotted? Did you pressure test the cooling system?

So you pulled the injectors and oil cooler apart....did you replaced the o-rings?

Pull the oil drain plug and pressurize the cooling system.

When you had the injectors out, did you pressurize the cooling system to see if any of the injector cups were cracked? But oil pressure is higher than coolant pressure and you should see signs of oil in the cooling system.
