OBS Lift Questions

Hello All!
I am interested in doing the RSK on my '97 F-350 CCLB. I am curious as to whether or not anyone has done this in conjunction with lifted springs? I am wanting between 5-6" of lift total, so I thought 3" RSK w/ 2" springs for the front and shackle flip w/3" springs in the rear. I have two concerns with this...First, what is the best way to correct steering geometry ie. pitman arm, high steer kit etc.? Second, I have read on some sites that the lifted springs can actually move the front axle forward 1-2" because of spring geometry. How can one correct this if it is in fact true? Thanks for any advise and ideas!

call trevor at PMF, he won't steer you wrong, my truck rode so much better after his rsk was installed!!

You're better off getting a little taller RSK and running an X code spring. You can get 7" of lift that way.

I assume you're referring to SD springs when using the term "X" code?

Yes that's correct.

Run a PMF RSK and use SD springs.

Sorry I've been away for awhile. Wondering why the SD springs? Better ride quality or load capacity or ? Thanks again
