I used to get exhaust smell in my cab during regen if I was stopped or idling. Never could figure out how it came in. Now that I had weight loss surgery I seem to get that smell all the time at idle just not quite as strong. Is this normal? Can you do anything about it? Thanks

It is not normal, you have a leak likely under the hood some where and is being pulled in the vents.

Check the ebp nut for proper torque. There is a tsb out on that for the 11-14. There is an updated senspr and tube if the ferrule doesnt spin on the tube.

I just started getting the same thing when the heater is on. Having it checked out next week. Mechanic said he knows about the TSB and more than likely that's it. Sounds like its not easy to repair he said its behind the EGR.

Ebp not egr. Its a tube that comes off the rh up pipe. Has a sensor on the end of it.

The EBP nut is behind EGR. Might be a good time to get rid of the EGR?
