2008 Ford F250 King Ranch parts only title

Here is a 2008 F250 King Ranch crew cab, short bed, 4x4 with non repairable flood title. Truck is from TX (TX title) so has no rust and has the 6.4l power stroke diesel with fairly low miles for the year and appears all stock. It is loaded and it starts and runs fine with all options that work (incl AC). Truck has 123k miles with aftermarket rims and gooseneck ball in bed as the only visible option. I did not see any signs of water damage or smells. This would be an excellent parts truck for someone good body parts, engine and bed. The interior is good with no stains, rips or burns. Front seats show some wear but rear seats are excellent condition. Has climate control and factory navigation. I haven't driven it just started it and ran engine to warm up temps to check all functions/options. Price is 10k
