Police mandated the flares. Tires were too far outboard of the fenders.

I was planning to install some. The snow storm on morning of the day I was pulled over resulted in the crap all the way to the roof on the side of the truck. Mr POPO just sped up the process.

If having to use flares or flaps is the only thing to be able to use as wide a tire or as tall a lift I want, then it's not too bad. Many regions don't allow such drastic changes.

what size lift is on the lower one with the black hostage wheels?
