Lincoln MP 210 is an awesome welder. 110/220. also has the option for tig attachment, and ARC. You can fide them for around a grand.

Rated Output

120V: 100A/19.0/40%
230V: 200A/24V/25%

they dont even list a 60% duty cycle rating.
says 210 on the box but is more likely a 60 amp welder.

i have a millermatic 211 and really like it a lot. can be done either 110/220 and will do 035 wire

Another vote for the MM 211. I go it because I didn't have access to a 220 plug, but wanted the option to run on 220. I really wanted the 252, but without access to the power to run it, it would have been useless.
