2003 CCSB Black, 6" on 37's, im Tyler, i do work for sean at SDP now back when this started i was just a friend, but ok well i have been super busy to post up anything about this build, alot of people on here know about it from facebook/instagram and or personaly knowing me, well.... truck started out completely stock when u bought it back in high school junior year at 16yo, fresh out of high school it finally puked its HG's, i studded it my self cab off, went with my own full custom RR, with AD2, sump, warren 190/75's, a II hybrid vgt charger, water meth stage 3, rebuilt stock trans w/ 2000 stall RCD converter, deep trans pan, tons of auto meter gauges, edge cts, and ofcourse went up to my girl vivian's looney wild file, well truck ran great for about a year.... this is where i got bored and wanted more, it started out as well lets pull it apart swap to W HPO rails 04.5 style and bolt on a 62/75 compound set up on it and be done, well lets just say that didnt last to long nd its slowly gone up and up thanks to my buddy greg's, sean, jared and mark, thanks alot guys cuz its turning into a monster build with out 1 corner being cut at all, set up as of now will be s366 over a s488 both billet, with RCD 305cc hybrids, gunna still dual pump it with elite/warren/my own set up, these pics will go back some just under a year, over the next few days i will up date it till its where i am now 21 yo with this build....
my buddy let me use his shop to pull it apart wile i was working on getting my own place
motor came out
after the motor and trans was out, cab was set back down, brakes and steering were reconected and truck was pushed out side
after bringing to block to the machine shop we found out it needed to be bored .20 and thats when we ordered a new never run block due to that we had more choice with pistons it being stock bore and also went to a 20mm block
got it all painted up,
after talking to sean and jared, we started getting parts in, RCD R&R's rods
also got a RCD Aluminum oil pan due to wanting to do a custom dual pump system and wanting to pull from the side of the pan, its a work of art
grabbed a Tial 50mm gate from SDP
Mahle stock bore, fly cut, deliped, coated pistons came in from jared at RCD
also got in the first new stage 2 RCD billet cam
billet thick wall RCD wrist pins
H11 studs from Elite
