Left blinker works, flashers work, but when I hit the right blinker the indicator on the dash and both blinker bulbs just come on solid with no flash. So far I've replaced both bulbs, the flasher in the fuse box, and the whole flasher/blinker assembly on the steering column. Nothing so far has helped. Any insight is appreciated!

Here's the wiring diagrams for them. I would still suspect the Multi-Function Switch, but maybe swap the flasher units around in the fuse box and see if the problems follows. There is one on the frontside of the fusebox and another on the rearside (one for hazards and one for turns). Cheers!

Where is the second flasher that you are talking about? This one is in the fuse box on the dash, but there are no flashers in the one under the hood. Thanks!

Ok so I switched the flashers around from back to front and vice versa with no help. Still have left blinker and emergency flasher, but solid lights when right blinker is engaged.

I had a similar issue with my 1997. All of the bulbs were LED and the resistor had failed. Any chance you have LED?

Yep! They are all LEDs. How did you know that your resistor had failed? Also I thought if a resistor failure happened it would just hyper flash as it you didn't have one?

^^79Jasper is right. ^^ I had lost my right turn signal just like you said. It may have been corroded. bought new resistors and all was fine.
