Trying to find out why my 2000 7.3 excursion dies. It just drops off from idle and dies. No miss. Tack follows the rpms down to 0 after it dies. Slight romp at idle. Icp running from 560/620 psi at 9- 14%. Fuel pressure is steady at 65 psi. If you are coming from any rpm higher than 1500 or so and just let off the throttle, it will idle down and die.

The injectors are rosewood 238/100 that are less than 2k miles. New undercover harnesses.

Anyone have an issue like this?

Don’t think it’s the chip. Might have something to do with pedal sensor.

Ok. After running it yesterday with the Icp unplugged, it has not done it yet. I’m going to run it some more tomorrow and see if I can make it die.
Now, if this solves the issue, what is it pointing to? Icp sensor? Or Hpop?
