This started when I switched the tune from 250 to 275 sdt tuned I had P2263 dtc pop up no other codes. I still have full boost, no loss of power, fuel economy is still good. I changed out the exhaust back pressure sensor, cleaned the tube about two weeks ago and I am still getting the P2263. Also I made sure that the turbo actuator operates when you turn the key to the on position. So now I am at a loss. If y'all could shed some light as to what to check and or replace next I would appreciate it.

EBP at idle in park is 14.1 +/- engine at operating temp.

Thank you for your response. I'll try that in the am and see if that hopefully does the trick. If that dosen't work any other suggestion that I could look into Id appreciate them.

Did you replace the ebp sensor as a result of this code? Or did you do it out of routine maintenance. I have seen them go bad and it caused funky stuff with the vgt

Using this post. I’ve got a 08 6.4 P2263
New ebp tube, sensor, pigtail, veins actuate perfectly, new map sensor.
Truck reads BP 42.30 psi and map is 12psi KOEO. Warranty EBP tube and sensor. Truck still reads 42psi BP. Any thoughts?

Double check and make sure all the wires are right where you spliced in the pigtail possibly.

Wires are correct. When you rev it up, it increases to 48-49psi and driving increases as well.

is it somehow re scaled in the tuning? Or can you re scale from 1 psi up?

edit: at WOT, what is the highest value you see?

Tuning is a single tow tune from **********.
Never had an issue with any of the Tunes they have. It was throwing the code before I tuned the truck. I will double check on WOT Psi
