Default Old Tune Update Questions

Hey guys,

What I have is a 2011 with an ďadjusterĒ from a company H that & no S longer exists.

Iím not trying to be goofy, let me know if itís unnecessary.

This thing hasnít been updated since 2013 and Iíve read a lot about old tunes that can be detrimental to the turbo. I remember when I first used it I was seeing boost pressures up to the mid 30s. After the last update the max Iíll see is 25-28 at the most.

Is this something to be concerned of? Honestly itís been tuned this way for years but I donít drive the truck much. However, thatís all changing soon as it will now be my daily driver.

Thanks for the help. I realize this is a pretty generalized noob question so take it easy on a brotha.

Do NOT update! More then likely it will brick your tuner. If you want different tunes but want to keep the H&S, get the MCC unlock and get custom tunes.

Thanks Soot. I realize I worded that kind of bad. I figured the lower boost pressure was for turbo safety but I am wondering if that mid-upper 20s is still too much? Sounds about right to me but Iím merely guessing.
