I'm still learning about these 6.7's....so this may sound like a really stupid question. How often is everyone changing fuel filters? Is it any different than the 6.0 or 6.4?

I'd gauge the interval off your local fuel quality. I run mine per the OEM intervals. After running the DieselSite kit, and attempting to drain the water (never any sort of issue for my area) I'm fine with OEM intervals.

I need to carry a spare set...just incase.

Dang. I was shooting for 20k. Guess I'm a bit on the optimistic side. Been a bit afraid of the breakage and noise stories.

Yeah i think it depends on your fuel stations. I only use high traffic ones and recently changed my filters at 17k. Mine looked almost new still.

In the colder months, changing them every 10K can't hurt. I live about 40 miles west of Chicago, and pretty much all of our winter fuel sucks. It's a shame, the station by the house has fuel that runs great all summer, but their fuel gelled up twice on me last winter.

Power Service White Bottle... Have never had a problem even in sub zero temps. Lubs pumps too.

Keep running Ford Filters
