4- 8's would be knarly in a crew cab. A buddy of mine has two in his on a 900/5 jl amp. Sounds really good. Ported box though.

Where can I get a good ported box that fits 4 8s behind the rear seat?

Gary's truck does rock out pretty good. I was very surprised at how hard the 8's hit. Got my wheels turning, as I was thinking of doing a 13tw5 and 500/1, it sounded good but not nearly as clean as those 8's. I bet four 8's would sound awesome.

I have some bull**** kicker amp in there now, and one of the subs is disconnected. As soon as I'm done with all the paintwork on the truck now and getting the new turbo on, I will probably order up 4 of JL's new 8's and a JL amp to put in this box. Even the way it is setup now it sounds pretty damn good for 3 8's that are so old. Truck is parked right now anyways so it isn't really a priority LOL

Time to do some research. I also am in dire need door speakers. Thinking I want to just go with simple drop in ones. Not amped component setups. Any recommendations?

I really liked my kicker KS series speakers. I never hooked them to an amp but they sounded awesome.

My plan if I can get it to fit is a kicker L7 solo-baric 10" in an 08 center console. With a 600/1200 watt kicker cx600.1

Easy sub install

Jl audio makes a 13 shallow mount that can use an 1800 watt amp that fits under the back seat. It's perfect for size and way more sub than you should need. It's form fitted and easy install.

Guess you missed the part where I said 4 8" subs.
