I was really happy with my dual stock pump setup. My regulated return with dual stock pumps, Napa filter bases, WIX filters. Aeromotive pressure regulator 3/4" ID feed an 3/8's return. All steel lines except the 3/4 from the tank to the pumps. A new draw straw from Strictly. Altogether came to less than 250 bucks.

It would have been a whole bunch of pics. It was all home built in my driveway. Hand bent tubing. Compression fittings or double flared fittings. Used brake line for the metal fuel lines, fittings all came from Home Depot. Fuel splitter line was a hunk of aluminum with some holes drilled in it and some threads cut in the holes. Made the bracket to mount the filters and pumps from some scrap iron I had laying around and my little 110 VAC buzz box welder. Wired up a circuit to feed 12VDC from the battery to the pumps that was fired by the factory fuel pump wiring. All just simple fabbing up stuff.

What is your HP goals? If your staying stockish, why don’t you just rebuild the fuel bowl? WAY cheaper than a regulated return and pump.

This... unless you are shooting for over 500hp then this works just fine.

Well being that this is in an E series I would like to free up some space. It’s already a PITA to work on. Would allow easier access to remove IPR as well. Plus a little more go pedal would just be fun in the van too.

bccIike I said 444fab I have 1 complete kit on a 1995 it's nice fit nice lines I done a Bosch pump . fixed to order a complete kit for my 97 going to go with the AEM pump from 444fab this truck will have 238/80 injectors installed shortly also . and as soon as my 2001 has problem I with do away with the stock fuel bowl and probably go with the AEM or dual Bosch on it as well as I'm going to go 238/80 injectors with it if I don't have powdered rods . I looked at all the kits and 444fab is my choice because of price and simplicity and how nice the kits are .

u also don't have to remove the turbo with 444fab kit on a truck that is for sure not sure on the van don't how your access is to the rear fittings at the back of the heads .

444 is the way I am going to go, just need to decide on the pump i want. I know for sure I will put in a G&R diesel sump/return. I have easy access to the turbo and shouldn’t have to remove it, but if I do it’s all ok because at the same time I am going to do an exhaust back pressure valve del*te.

Couple pics of pump and filtration setups I've built. Got three trucks, they are all basically the same. More than 250$, but its built using stainless fittings, and on one, dual pumps. Rock solid on three trucks for over 300k.
Pre and post pump filters, and a regulated return of your choice.

That is the way to go Airsley!
Same here with 3/4 supply, 1/2 return, sump and Donaldson filters.
Minus the steel lines that is.

I opted to put the fuel line divider on the valve cover due to no space in the valley from having dual pumps though.
