Tuning questions?

Im about to purchase a used set of full force 238/80 injectors (10k miles). They are going in a 2000 F-350, mods consists of warren diesel trans, full fuel system, t500, intake exhaust. Stock studs, springs, p-rods and turbo. I do have forged rods. I have a chip already, just need it retuned to work with my new setup ill have.
Some questions I have...

-Should I get the injectors detuned for now till i get a bigger turbo?
-For the sled pull tune: I'd like to get the most power out of it while still being safe with my setup(stock studs,springs,p-rods).
-What hp level would I be around(I know my stock turbo is limiting it)
-Would you be able to detune the injectors in one file, and leave them at (full blast) on another?
-Price it would be to get my chip burned?


The tunes I'm looking at:

stock
economy
tow file (say 5000lb)
hot street file
sled pull file that will lock the converter in say 2nd gear
(not sure for the last tune, mabye high idle)
