Hey guys, I had the 3-5 flare or punching into gear or whatever and was hoping a modified direct clutch solenoid would fix it... I didn't really think it would, but I was hoping! I'm guessing my clutches are gone and going to drop it off for a rebuild tomorrow... here are some pictures.

Just posting so people can see and give me their thoughts. I'm still new to most of this so learning is what I like to do and like to hear different opinions.

Who is rebuilding it?
I found a local shop to rebuild it and keep it as a stage 2. I need it back ASAP because it's my DD and I've got a ton going on with work and a newborn with a bunch of dr appointments... I don't know much about performance upgrades or anything, this is my first diesel and I'm learning a lot from reading on here but have a lot more to do... I asked in another thread because somebody recommended I get a new cooler. Anybody know a good place with a good price or is everything pretty much the same? Dropping it off this morning and they have a 2 day turnaround so not sure that I have time to order anything, buy it's good to know and I'd like to know prices. I saw an OEM online for about 400. That about right?

check sunrise ford in the vendor section.

i would ask your builder to provide detailed info on what he is doing to the trans. i assume a new convertor after that ****s been in there. any or what billet parts, what clutches and i would also get Gearhead tunes. they shift awesome and the trans will live longer.
