SCT returned to stock... No start

Ok guys need some help. I recently ordered new custom tunes and returned my truck to stock in order to upload the new tunes. Tried to start the truck with everything returned back to stock and its dead. Everything powers up when key is in the run position but dies when in the start position. I just got off the phone with SCT and they said this is normal with trucks that have different injectors and turbo. Any help is appreciated.

The truck should start with the stock tune. Try reloading it and see if that helps. Did you out the custom tune back to see if it will start? Fwiw, I don't go back to stock when switching tunes.

This has happened to me several times in the last 3 years I have owned my truck... I just load a different tune... Then go right back to stock again and it works just fine. Every time it has done it to me... I have had a trailer hooked up, don't know if it is just a coincedence or not.
