It took a while to get the OEM parts but Sunrise Ford stayed with it until the covers came off backorder....took a month or so to find everything.
Anyway....I cut the stock foam along the support bars to get the support out, cut it down and re-welded it then did the same with the new center foam pieces, cut a groove in the foam for the re-worked bars to fit, glued it all back together with our industrial grade spray glue at work and covered them with OEM covers. Now I like them.
In short, I modified two center foam pieces to take the different sized outer support bars and recovered with OEM center covers.

It's about $340 worth of parts but worth it to me to have all OEM stuff back there.

Nice! I thought I was the only one who was bothered by the looks of those surfboards sticking up back there. I'm thinking about updating the seats in my truck to the 2011+ with a matching backseat and have been pondering my options.

Why wouldn't you be able to purchase two more center headrests and put them on the outer seats?

That's basically what I did. The posts are different though so you have to combine parts from the center and outers to make it work.

Ok. That makes sense. I was just wondering. Never even been in a 6.7, no less messed around with little stuff like the headrests. Haha. Looks much better now though.

340 is not bad. I'll have to add it to the list, that center seat being smaller is all I see now because of you.

First thing I do in any of the 6.7's I drive at work is take that center head rest and chuck it behind the seat.
This looks 100 times better than factory.

Looks good man, you def have attention for detail. A little OCD compared to most, but hey it works.

Yes, I remove mine when we have the beer cooler in the bed of the truck. It's the only way you can get through the tiny window to get beer!
