Try it in vinyl first to see if you like it. Beautiful truck btw. I wasn't sure on the color at first but it has grown on me. Everything is tastefully done.

X2 on vinyl^^. Also look into knifeless tape. I tried cutting pieces ahead of time on my blue truck. Knifeless tape was much better result.

Really enjoyed readign this buidl thread and mad props for doing all of this work yourself in your driveway!

That HD interior looks slick and those wheels are killer!

Any pics of it in a parking lot (with other cars around) or with your DD? Would be curious to see how HUGE it looks.

I imagine he's not going to because of how hard that paint is to match. Truck would need to be completely repainted again most likely.

I never even thought of it for months after this thread was started, then one day I actually had to go ok Instagram to see if the bed was changed. Definitely not the first thing my eyes are drawn to when I see this truck.

nah, I had the whole truck repainted now with this custom color, we created a formula. I have some extra already mixed still too

I've acquired another project/toy

yes ermahgerd, a donk... but I like to think i'm pretty well rounded. lifted truck, donk, stanced jetta, and a full chevelle build

the truck has been used to pull toys around lately, so she's finally "getting used as a truck"

i'm really...really looking for somewhere to add a front and rear 4 link coilover setup for the truck
