Finally had some time today and put a light Bar in the bumper. I'm still working on the mounts and will be tweaking the wiring, but overall pleased with a couple hours effort.

I have a few more pictures of routing the harness. Harness should be~10' optimally. Built mine 8'...

So had an opportunity this morning to try the light Bar. It really showed the need for a better mounting solution. Intent is to have a no drill or weld bracket so I can easily remove if needed.

The spot light led are being blocked by the bumper. The difference right now is great but I really want distance too. The other thing I noticed is I really want the spot/flood wired independently. The stupid aux wiring in the truck is meant for midgets to work with...

Here is the pass through for the wiring too. The loom is large enough for 4 wires - 1 each for the aux switches.

Well only have a preliminary picture but am stoked! The mounts will allow (the right light bar) to be mounted and centered with infinite angle adjustability. They will work with a ~13" all the way to ~24" - single row up to a quad row (like I'm using). With the brackets installed, I can also swap lights in ~15 minutes. These could also be used with cubes (I might try that next).

I can't wait to test at night and see the difference with illumination with all 4 rows.

It's getting close to camping season and looking forward to having the extra light. Got some front night shots driving out to my parents ranch:

Really digging the bumper mount too. With the aiming, I get fleshed once every 2 or 3 weeks with it on constantly.

I really am liking the new mounting and amount of light output. I drive ~15 miles of curvy mountain highway each way for work. There is very minimal lighting along the route and plenty of wildlife. With the new mount and the aiming, I get plenty of clear white distance with the lights. I am also not overly concerned with oncoming traffic and only have someone flash me once every two weeks or so (leaving the light on the entire drive). I still actually have the static clean plastic on the lens - I don't know if that helps or hurts.
