So I have an oil leak that has been gradually getting worse. It's coming from the rear of the engine and running down the side of the flex plate spacer. It leaks once you shut the truck off, in a couple of miniutes there will be a big puddle on the ground but if you let it sit idling it doesn't leak? Today I went under and cannot find where it is coming from. I found a fitting with an orfice and screen sitting between the up pipe and trans. I have no clue where it goes, any help is appreciated!

That's a fuel check valve fitting. In stock form, the fuel line runs along the passenger head in the valley and feeds the passenger fuel rail at the rear of the head. You list a regulated return in your sig, so I assume it was dropped back there when the fuel system was installed.

I had an oil pan bolt come loose on the rear of the pan that caused a leak like your talking about. Oil would get blow around in the bell housing and it looked like it was leaking from the adapter plate.
