Leaky charge air

I suspected a charge air leak, so I pressure checked the i.c and pipes by plugging the hot side by the turbo and cold side at the intake horn. No leak. Then I watched video of guy plugging one side only (intake to turbo), and thought the other end could leak through the engine??? I tried it and could hear a leak somewhere under the passenger side intake manifold. I bumped the engine and tried again... same results. I was thinking maybe my intake was leaking at the gasket, but then realized that was also in the area of my egr delite kit. Anyone have experience with this? What are your thoughts?

Do you think there is an actual leak here that I should address, or do all engines do this?

It's impossible to have all the valves closed at the same time, so obviously its going to leak air into the motor.
