Default blown up e40d?

hey so my e40d shifts kind of funny. its been running like that for 2years. i just bought a house and did a 1am burnout and blew trans i think. it dont go forward or backward at all. assuming a trans line didnt break (i hope one did) ughhh.. is this a blown trans?

I have a John Woods valve body installed 6 months ago. along w/ baby swamp injectors and tune. Rest of the truck isnt really up to par or been able to hang with the baby swamps. best/worst case scenario is torque converter. I've been wanting a new one since I've got the truck. could that possibly be an issue? a daily driven truck w/ some funny shifting, a 1 am burnout and "blown trans"
